Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Neo4j Developer with strong expertise in graph databases, Cypher query language, and data modeling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, optimizing, and maintaining graph database solutions using Neo4j to support complex business requirements, analytics, and relationship-driven applications.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and implement graph database solutions using Neo4j.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain complex Cypher queries for data retrieval and analysis.
• Create and manage graph data models, nodes, relationships, and schemas.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and application development teams to understand requirements and translate them into graph database solutions.
• Perform query tuning and performance optimization to ensure scalability and reliability.
• Integrate Neo4j with enterprise applications, APIs, and ETL pipelines.
• Develop graph algorithms and relationship-based analytics.
• Monitor database performance, security, and data integrity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues.
• Document database architecture, data models, and technical solutions.

Required Skills and Qualification

Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Neo4j Graph Database.

• Expertise in Cypher Query Language.

• Experience designing graph data models and relationship networks.

• Knowledge of graph database concepts, indexing, constraints, and query optimization.

• Experience with REST APIs and Neo4j integration techniques.

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages:

• Java

• Python

• Node.js

• Scala

Database Skills

• Neo4j Administration.
• Graph schema design.
• Data modeling and relationship mapping.
• Query performance tuning.
• Backup, recovery, and security management.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Neo4j Aura or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of GraphQL and Neo4j GraphQL libraries.
• Experience with data warehousing and big data technologies.
• Neo4j certification is a plus.
• Understanding of Knowledge Graphs, Recommendation Engines, Fraud Detection, or Network Analysis use cases.
