Should able to handle complete NICU independently.
Handle all NICU emergencies with expertise
Can Manage Level-III NICU
Esure evidence based high quality care for neonates.
work closely with a multidisciplinary team for best outcomes
Maintain clinical protocols and docuemntation.
Requrement-
MD/DNB(Paediatrcs) with DM(Neonatalogy) oe Equivalent.
Experience 2+yr in NICU(Preference will be given to experienced candidates)
Strong neonates skill in managing preterm , sick neonates and emergencies.
