.NET & Node.js Development Team Lead | Hands-on Leadership

A leading organization in Central Israel is looking for an experienced .NET & Node.js Development Team Lead to manage a software development team responsible for complex enterprise systems.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role combining team management, software architecture, technical design, code reviews, and end-to-end development across .NET, Node.js, React, and AWS environments.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage a software development team, providing technical and professional guidance
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from functional requirements through production deployment
• Translate functional specifications into detailed technical designs
• Establish development standards, best practices, methodologies, and delivery timelines
• Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and provide hands-on technical support
• Participate in software architecture decisions and development infrastructure planning
• Manage development tasks, priorities, and project progress
• Collaborate with technology teams and business stakeholders
• Lead deployment processes across testing and production environments
• Develop and maintain complex enterprise applications, with a focus on performance, scalability, workload management, and access control

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of professional software development experience
• 5+ years of experience managing a development team of at least 5 developers
• 5+ years of hands-on development experience with C# and Entity Framework
• Strong experience designing, developing, and maintaining complex .NET applications
• 5+ years of development experience with Node.js, NestJS, TypeScript, ORM, and React
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, Design Patterns, and development best practices
• Experience mentoring developers, preparing technical designs, and conducting code reviews
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Experience managing deployments to testing and production environments
• 2+ years of experience working with Cloud environments, particularly AWS
• Experience with AWS services such as ECS, Lambda, S3, and Cognito
