Role Summary

We are seeking a .NET Automation Developer to design, build, and support enterprisegrade automations for US Wealth Management operations. The role focuses on migrating manual and VBAbased processes to a secure, scalable .NET platform, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational resilience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation solutions using C# /.NET for Wealth Management operations (Trust, Custody, Reconciliation, Income, Transfers)

• Create robust automation using .NET applications

• Integrate automations with:

• FIS platforms (TrustDesk / 3270 / AddVantage)

• Internal databases and file systems

• APIs and web services (where available)

• Create EXE / servicebased automations compliant with enterprise security standards

• Implement exception handling, logging, audit trails, and retry mechanisms

• Partner with Operations SMEs to understand workflows and business rules

• Support UAT, Hypercare, and Production issues

• Prepare technical documentation and operational runbooks

Required Skills & Experience

• 36 years of handson .NET development experience

• Strong proficiency in:

• C#, .NET Framework / .NET Core

• Windowsbased automation development

• File handling, scheduling, and batch processing

• Experience working with VDI / terminal server lockeddown enterprise environments

• Exposure to financial services or wealth management operations

• Understanding of reconciliation, income processing, trades, or custody workflows

Preferred / GoodtoHave

• Experience working with FIS platforms
• Knowledge of terminal / mainframe integrations
• Exposure to RPA or automation frameworks
