NET Core Developer (Winform)

Role Description The NET Core Developer (Winform) will work on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia, under a contract arrangement, developing and maintaining desktop applications using .NET Core and WinForms. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and implementing backend logic, integrating with databases, debugging and resolving application issues, and optimizing performance and stability. The developer will collaborate with other team members to translate business requirements into technical specifications, write clean and maintainable code following OOP principles, and participate in code reviews. The role also involves preparing technical documentation, supporting deployment activities, and ensuring that delivered solutions meet quality and security standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Software Development and Back-End Web Development, with experience building and maintaining production applications.
• Candidates should possess solid Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills, including designing reusable components and applying common design patterns.
• Candidates should possess practical experience with Databases, including data modeling, query optimization, and integration with applications.
• Candidates should possess hands-on expertise in .NET Core, particularly for desktop development with WinForms and related tooling.
• Relevant experience in C# programming, version control systems (e.g., Git), and debugging tools is beneficial.
• A background in building enterprise or line-of-business applications, preferably in insurance or media domains, is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work effectively in an on-site team environment are required.
• A diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
