.NET Core Team Lead

Job Summary We are hiring a .NET Team Lead to lead development and technical delivery of an enterprise Board Management System. You will combine hands-on architecture and code quality ownership with team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the development team and manage technical tasks and sprints.
• Design solution architecture, distributed systems, and microservices.
• Build complex REST/SOAP integrations.
• Enforce code review, coding standards, and security best practices.
• Implement NCA and DGA requirements in technical solutions.
• Oversee CI/CD and DevOps practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Business Administration / IT.
• 12+ years in web development with .NET / .NET Core.
• 5+ years leading development teams.
• 3+ years in Agile/Scrum.
• Strong SQL Server (design and performance tuning).
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and Domain-Driven Design.
• Microservices and distributed systems experience.
• Angular experience (frontend) and exposure to OutSystems.
• Experience in government or financial-sector environments.
• Experience with NCA and DGA requirements.
