.NET Dev Lead

Role: .Net Dev Lead Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable .NET applications and solutions
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, conducting code reviews and promoting best practices
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to define technical requirements
• Drive architectural decisions and ensure adherence to coding standards and design patterns
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across the full stack
• Manage sprint planning, task delegation, and delivery timelines within an Agile/Scrum framework
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve development efficiency

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with .NET / .NET Core development (C#, ASP.NET)
• 2+ years in a technical lead or senior developer role
• Strong proficiency in RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
• Experience with SQL Server, Entity Framework, and modern front-end frameworks is a plus
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and version control (Git)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to align technical and business goals
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
