We have an opening for .Net Developer/Lead/Architect/Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers, driving best practices in software architecture and development
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable .NET applications and APIs in a fast-paced environment
• Integrate Generative AI and Microsoft Copilot capabilities into existing and new software solutions
• Leverage GitHub Copilot and GitHub Actions to streamline development workflows and CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and roadmaps
• Evaluate and implement emerging AI tools and frameworks to enhance team productivity and product quality
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure high-quality, maintainable deliverables

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional .NET development experience (C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET 6/7/8)
• Proven experience in a technical lead or senior developer role
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools, frameworks, or platforms (e.g., Azure OpenAI, ChatGPT API)
• Proficiency with GitHub Copilot and GitHub-based DevOps workflows
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and modern ORM frameworks (Entity Framework)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and passionate about staying current with AI and software development trends
