Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled .NET Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C#, .NET 8, Web APIs, database integration, and software architecture, along with an understanding of AI-enabled applications and modern development practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications using C#, .NET 8, and Web APIs.
• Implement real-time communication features using SignalR, including live chat and agent hand-off workflows.
• Develop and maintain web applications using Blazor, where applicable.
• Apply Clean Architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles to build maintainable and testable solutions.
• Design application components for scalability, performance, and testing isolation.
• Develop and optimize database queries, stored procedures, and integrations using SQL Server and Oracle.
• Build repositories capable of handling complex Oracle stored procedures that return multiple cursors.
• Integrate AI-enabled applications, APIs, and automation solutions using Python and/or TypeScript.
• Apply foundational knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Model Context Protocol (MCP), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and prompt engineering.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
• Implement secure coding practices, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
• Support containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps-related development practices.
• Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and solution designs.
• Collaborate with technical teams, project stakeholders, and non-technical users to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Support production systems, critical deployments, troubleshooting, and operational activities as required.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET 8, ASP.NET Core, and Web API development.
• Experience with SignalR and real-time application development.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with Oracle database integration and complex stored procedures.
• Understanding of Clean Architecture, Domain-Driven Design, and scalable application design.
• Familiarity with Python and/or TypeScript.
• Understanding of LLMs, RAG, MCP, Generative AI, and prompt engineering concepts.
• Knowledge of Docker, containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps practices.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Effective communication, technical documentation, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Blazor Web Apps.
• Exposure to healthcare, licensing, insurance, or other regulated domain systems.
• Experience working in structured project environments with formal documentation and delivery requirements.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to support critical production environments and deployments.
