Job Summary

T.A. Marketing, Inc. is looking for an experienced NET Developer Manager to lead our development team and oversee the design, development, maintenance, and improvement of our business systems and applications.

The ideal candidate has strong technical and leadership skills, with experience in the motorcycle, automotive, dealership, or retail industry preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the software development team.
• Oversee development projects from planning to deployment.
• Develop and maintain applications using C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET, Web API, and SQL Server.
• Work with management and departments to identify and improve business processes through technology.
• Ensure systems are secure, reliable, scalable, and properly maintained.
• Review code, system architecture, and development practices.
• Manage project timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with third-party vendors when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience, with strong .NET experience.
• 2+ years in a team lead or managerial role.
• Proficient in C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET, Web API, and SQL Server.
• Experience in database management, APIs, system integration, and Git.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience with motorcycle, automotive, dealership, retail, ERP, POS, inventory, or e-commerce systems is a strong advantage.

Preferred: Candidates with actual motorcycle or automotive industry experience.

Pay: Php28,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
