What they need
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements in collaboration with business users and key stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications for development and implementation.
- Analyze existing systems, business processes, and workflows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop system designs, process flows, data flows, and comprehensive technical and functional documentation.
- Collaborate closely with business users, developers, project managers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood and effectively implemented.
- Coordinate with development teams throughout the design, development, testing, deployment, and implementation of system solutions.
- Perform system testing and provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenario preparation, defect validation, and resolution tracking.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues, defects, and production incidents, coordinating with relevant technical teams as required.
- Validate system enhancements, integrations, and fixes to ensure they meet defined business requirements, technical specifications, and established standards.
- Support system integration, API, data mapping, data validation, and other data-related requirements as applicable.
- Prepare, maintain, and update functional specifications, system documentation, process documentation, test documentation, and other project-related deliverables.
- Evaluate existing system functionality and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, reliability, scalability, usability, and performance.
- Support system implementation, deployment, data migration, release activities, and post-implementation support.
- Participate in troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve system stability and operational efficiency.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
