Role and Team

• Small team environment
• VERY entrepreneurial, with developers working on solo projects often
• Good architecture in place to build off of, but risk taking and trying new technologies strongly encouraged
• Agile methodologies followed lightly, with some small team breakouts and programmer pairings.

Required Skills And Background

• Bachelors Degree in related field
• 6+ years experience as a developer
• 3+ years experience with C#, ASP.NET/VB.NET, SQL Server 2005/2008
• Experience with WCF Web Services / WCF and SOAP services preferred
• Strong object-oriented programming (OOP) and computer science foundations, such as memory management and low-level algorithm performance
• Strong experience designing and working with n-tier architectures (UI, Business Logic Layer, Data Access Layer)
• Experience with service-oriented architectures (SOA)
• Experience with SalesForce.com a plus

Skills / Characteristics

• Ability to design and optimize SQL Server 2008 stored procedures
• Ability to quickly learn new concepts and adapt to an existing, complex environment
• Self-motivated, independent, and exhibit exceptional relationship management skills
