Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior .NET Full Stack Developer / Lead with strong experience in designing and developing scalable enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies, along with hands-on exposure to AI/GenAI solutions. The ideal candidate should be technically strong, capable of owning end-to-end development, and comfortable mentoring engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable .NET full-stack applications.
• Develop robust backend services using C#, .NET Core / .NET 6+ / ASP.NET Core, Web API and Microservices.
• Build responsive and modern UI applications using ReactJS / Angular, JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs, third-party APIs and enterprise systems.
• Work with SQL Server, Entity Framework Core and database optimization.
• Implement cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Drive application architecture, design patterns, coding standards and performance optimization.
• Develop and integrate AI/GenAI capabilities into enterprise applications.
• Work with Azure OpenAI / OpenAI APIs, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases or AI-powered applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA and DevOps teams.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure production-quality deliverables.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers and contribute to technical decision-making.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support estimation, planning and technical documentation.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in C#, .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
• .NET 6/7/8+ experience
• Strong experience in Web API, REST APIs and Microservices
• Front-end expertise in ReactJS or Angular
• Strong JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML, CSS
• SQL Server, Entity Framework / EF Core
• Experience with Azure services and cloud development
• Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID, Design Patterns and Clean Architecture
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Hands-on exposure to AI/GenAI, LLMs, Azure OpenAI or AI application integration

• Azure certifications

• RAG, embeddings and vector databases
• Docker / Kubernetes
