Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced .NET Lead with strong expertise in AWS Cloud Services, Microservices Architecture, and modern .NET technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers, designing scalable cloud-native applications, driving technical decisions, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using .NET Core / .NET 6/7/8.
• Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS.
• Develop and manage Microservices-based architectures.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Owners, QA teams, and DevOps teams.
• Participate in technical discussions, architecture reviews, and code reviews.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and performance optimization.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, and production issues.
• Drive best practices in Agile development methodologies.

• Experience building scalable enterprise applications and APIs.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

• AWS Solution Architect Certification.
• Experience with Event Streaming (Kafka).
• Exposure to Serverless Architecture.
• Knowledge of Security Best Practices and OWASP.
• Experience with React or Angular front-end technologies.
