Job Summary

Client is seeking a hands-on Full Stack Development Lead with expertise in .NET, Python, backend services, and modern frontend technologies. The candidate will guide technical implementation, contribute to application development, establish engineering standards, conduct code reviews, and coordinate delivery across development, QA, architecture, and DevOps teams.

This role requires technical leadership combined with practical coding ability across .NET and Python-based applications.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of full-stack enterprise applications using C#, .NET, and Python.
• Develop backend APIs, application services, business logic, and system integrations.
• Build and maintain frontend components using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks such as React or Angular, as appropriate.
• Design secure, scalable, maintainable application architectures and reusable software components.
• Integrate .NET and Python services with databases, external systems, and cloud-based services.
• Guide technical decisions involving service boundaries, API contracts, data models, error handling, and application performance.
• Review code, enforce coding standards, identify technical risks, and mentor developers.
• Establish and promote automated unit testing, integration testing, code quality checks, and CI/CD practices.
• Coordinate with product owners, business analysts, architects, QA, and infrastructure teams.
• Break down requirements into technical tasks, estimate development effort, and monitor delivery progress.
• Investigate complex defects and provide hands-on technical assistance when required.
• Support application deployment, production readiness, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
• Promote secure coding, appropriate access controls, logging, and protection of sensitive information.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on C#, .NET Core/.NET, and ASP.NET Core.
• Strong Python programming experience for APIs, backend services, automation, or data processing.
• Full-stack application development experience, including frontend and backend integration.
• REST API design, microservices, and enterprise system integration.
• SQL and relational database design.
• Git, code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD.
• Proven technical leadership, mentoring, and software delivery experience.

Preferred Skills

• AWS cloud services and cloud-native application architecture.
• React, Angular, TypeScript, or comparable frontend technologies.
• FastAPI, Flask, or Django for Python services.
• Docker, Kubernetes, infrastructure automation, and observability.
• Experience with financial services applications and enterprise security requirements.

Experience and Education

• Target 8+ years of software development experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading technical delivery while remaining hands-on.
• Strong experience across both .NET and Python is essential.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience preferred.
