Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled .NET Senior Developer / Architect with deep expertise in designing and delivering end-to-end architectures using .net frameworks. This role demands strong technical leadership and architectural thinking to define scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions for enterprise clients. It requires the candidate to have hands on experience in .NET upgrades / transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define modernization roadmaps and solution designs.
• Able to charter the roadmap for developing reusable modernization solutions
• Ability to engage customers on their challenges in upgrades, migrations and modernization
• Think of solutions to help redesign of the legacy .NET applications ensuring alignment with modern frameworks, methodologies and tools
• Design and develop solutions to help in modernization legacy applications using microservices, event-driven patterns, and APIs.
• Lead a small development team in an agile fashion to implement these solutions (including hands on development)
• Ensure system scalability, security, and performance in a distributed environment.
• Initiate the IP processes for the solutions that see a lot of potential
• Educate and train the Sales team on the various offerings being developed
• Define the best practices for .NET, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in code reviews of the team involved in modernization
• Lead .NET migration, modernization and re-platforming efforts on AWS
• Foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement within self and team.

Requirements:

• Hands on experience with .NET framework, .NET Code, ASP.NET, MVC with strong debugging skills.
• Over 1 year of Application Modernization experience like .NET Upgrades, migration, re-platforming legacy applications, and adopting microservices architectures.
• Familiar with modern architecture patterns (Microservices, Event-driven, CQRS, DDD)
• Exposure in building RESTful APIs with monitoring, fault tolerance and performance optimization.
• Knowledge about Python coding
• Knowledge of GenAI.
• Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, communication skills and documentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of AWS services like lambda, SNS, CloudWatch etc.
• Proactive and having the ability and desire to learn new skills and take on new initiative.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in .NET Application Development / Migration
• Experience in AWS / AWS Certification
• Awareness of Python
