.NET Software Engineer

Integra Partners is seeking a Lead Full Stack Software Engineer (.NET) to drive the design, development, and evolution of our healthcare technology platform. This role goes beyond hands-on development—you will provide technical leadership, shape architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and ensure high-quality delivery across multiple initiatives.

                              JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Technical Leadership & Architecture
  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable, distributed, and cloud-native applications
  • Define and enforce software engineering standards and best practices
  • Drive adoption of microservices and event-driven architecture
• Development & Delivery
  • Develop and maintain high-performance applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core)
  • Build containerized, cloud-based services (Azure/Kubernetes)
  • Ensure systems are secure, scalable, and resilient
  • Complete projects on time as per sprint commitments and drive delivery
• Production Support
  • Actively manage production issues and resolve in a timely manner
  • Create hotfixes and push to production
• Data & Performance Engineering
  • Design and optimize complex SQL queries and schemas
  • Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and production issues
• Team Leadership & Mentorship
  • Mentor engineers and conduct code reviews
  • Break down complex initiatives and guide execution
• Collaboration & Execution
  • Work with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions
  • Lead sprint planning and delivery commitments

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong ability to develop unique, outside the box ideas.
• 7+ years of software development experience
• Strong development experience in web development experience using ASP.NET MVC, C#.
• Strong understanding of Functional and Object-Oriented Programming principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Azure SQL Server or other relational databases with Strong development experience in SQL Server, including debugging and understanding complex SQL code.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient  CSS, JavaScript, jQuery Web components knowledge is a plus.
• Experience using and creating RESTful APIs is a plus.

Salary: 120,000.00
