Roles and Responsibility

• Monitor system health, services, and disk utilization to ensure optimal performance.

• Handle L1/L2 incidents and service requests related to Linux OS.

• Execute routine tasks like patching, updates, and scheduled maintenance activities.

• Support file system management, mounts, and basic storage tasks.

• Maintain system logs and escalate issues when necessary.

Job Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems, including RHEL, CentOS, Oracle Linux, and Ubuntu.

• Experience with patching, updates, and scheduled maintenance activities.

• Familiarity with security standards, compliance rules, and change procedures.

• Ability to update documentation, SOPs, and operational checklists.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
