NET TECHNICAL LEAD

Summary

We are seeking an accomplished NET Technical Lead to drive architectural excellence and technical strategy within our IT Services division. In this pivotal role, the successful candidate will leverage over a decade of specialized experience to guide complex development initiatives. The position demands a deep mastery of modern .NET ecosystems, with a specific focus on implementing scalable microservices and event-driven architectures. This leader will be instrumental in defining design patterns, ensuring code quality, and orchestrating the delivery of robust REST APIs, thereby directly contributing to the organization's technological advancement and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Architect and oversee the development of high-performance applications utilizing .NET Framework and modern cloud-native principles.
• Design and implement scalable microservices and event-driven systems to meet evolving business demands.
• Establish and enforce best practices for software design patterns, ensuring maintainability and scalability across the codebase.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle using Azure Boards for tracking and collaboration.
• Facilitate version control and code integration processes through Git.
• Conduct comprehensive API testing and validation using tools such as Postman or Bruno to guarantee reliability and performance.
• Optimize database interactions and data management strategies within SQL Server environments.
• Lead technical decision-making processes to resolve complex engineering challenges and mentor development teams.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on the .NET ecosystem.
• Proven expertise in designing and deploying microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Deep understanding of software design patterns and their practical application in enterprise solutions.
• Proficiency in using Git for version control and Azure Boards for project management.
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools, specifically Postman or Bruno.
• Strong command of .NET Framework development and SQL Server database administration.
• Extensive background in building, consuming, and securing RESTful APIs.
• Ability to work within the IT Services sector and deliver high-quality technical solutions.
