About You
You have experience as a Technical Lead within .NET development, plus experience with React, SQL, HTML/CSS, Azure and AI SDLC.
You enjoy talking about code with other passionate developers, and you are always willing to mentor and to be mentored.
You work effectively independently, setting and meeting your goals. You are comfortable in a team setting and have experience with agile development.
About Being a Consultant
As a consultant, you will get first-hand experience working with a variety of technologies to solve a variety of challenges. ILM team members are placed with clients to complete custom enterprise software solutions for midsize to Fortune 100 companies in Minnesota. This is a remote position. ILM puts a strong emphasis on training consultants on new technologies.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. You will be responsible for the development of new software products, leveraging AI technologies, web development and creating enhancements to existing legacy products. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science (or related field)
- 15+ years of software development experience, Full Stack Development
- 15+ years' experience with .NET
- 5+ years' experience with React, JavaScript, SQL, HTML/CSS, web development and Azure
- Experience working with AI SDLC
- Previous Tech Lead experience leading teams required
- Experience gathering requirements, turning them into user stories and having the ability to lead the team through the story development.
- Critical thinker -Think strategically about how to solve a problem
