Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days
Experience Required: 2– 5 Years
- Hands-on experience with support on NetApp products ( ONTAP/ AFF / FAS )
- Strong understanding of storage concepts and administration
- Experience in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and support
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support NetApp Storage (CDOT/ONTAP) administration & troubleshooting.
- Snapshots, SnapMirror, SnapVault, cloning, deduplication
- Storage protocols: CIFS, NFS, iSCSI, Fibre Channel
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability
- Handle incidents, changes, and service requests
- Work closely with clients and internal teams
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Snapshots, replication, and backup
- Experience in enterprise storage environments
- Good communication and client-handling skills
