Summary

We are looking for experienced NetReveal professionals - both Developer and Technical Lead level - to join a Transaction Monitoring migration project for NTT DATA. The roles require professionals with strong hands-on experience with SymphonyAI NetReveal , particularly the Transaction Monitoring SMBD Spark Engine.

The NetReveal Developers will focus on development, configuration, data ingestion, profiling, migration, troubleshooting and batch optimisation.

The Technical Lead will own the technical workstream, providing technical direction to developers and leading the design, migration approach, performance optimisation, testing and cutover activities.

Key Responsibilities

NetReveal Developer

• Develop and configure NetReveal components required for the migration
• Implement customer, account and transaction data ingestion processes
• Support historical transaction data loading at scale
• Develop profiling and reprofiling processes
• Support customer segmentation and matching/merging
• Troubleshoot batch failures, data processing issues and failed records
• Optimise SQL, jobs and batch processing
• Support testing, cutover and post-implementation validation
• Work closely with Data Engineers to ensure data meets NetReveal requirements

NetReveal Technical Lead

• Lead the end-to-end NetReveal technical workstream
• Define the technical approach for historical customer and transaction data migration
• Lead customer profiling, segmentation and matching/merging solutions
• Assess and optimise batch processing and performance
• Provide technical direction to NetReveal Developers
• Review technical designs, code, configuration and deployment artefacts
• Lead technical problem resolution and performance tuning
• Coordinate with Data, Testing, Architecture and business stakeholders
• Support cutover, reconciliation and post-migration assurance

Key Skills

For the NetReveal Developer position

• Strong hands-on experience with SymphonyAI NetReveal v8/v9
• Hands-on experience with the NetReveal Transaction Monitoring SMBD Spark Engine – mandatory
• Experience with Transaction Monitoring, Customer Profiling, Segmentation and Scenario Processing
• Strong SQL and relational database skills
• Experience with large-scale customer and transaction data
• Experience with historical data migration and data ingestion
• Batch processing optimisation and troubleshooting
• Data reconciliation and exception handling
• English – advanced

For the Technical Lead position:

• 8+ years of NetReveal experience
• Experience leading NetReveal technical teams/workstreams
• Strong technical design and stakeholder management experience
• Experience with large-scale transaction data migration
• Experience with Oracle and Parquet is an advantage
