Role: NetScaler / F5 Load Balancer Engineer
Experience: 6-8 Years
Location: Chennai / Noida

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, administer, and support F5 BIG-IP and/or Citrix NetScaler (ADC) solutions.
• Manage Load Balancing, SSL Offloading, DNS, and Application Delivery services.
• Perform troubleshooting and incident resolution for network and application connectivity issues.
• Implement and maintain high availability (HA) configurations.
• Monitor system performance and ensure optimal availability of critical applications.
• Work with Network, Security, and Application teams during deployments and migrations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of IT experience with hands-on expertise in F5 BIG-IP and/or Citrix NetScaler ADC.
• Strong knowledge of LTM, GTM/DNS, SSL, TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, and Load Balancing concepts.
• Experience in troubleshooting network and application delivery issues.
• Understanding of Firewall, Routing, Switching, and Security concepts.
• Experience working in enterprise production environments.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
