What they need
We're looking for a NetSuite Administrator to own and evolve our ERP ecosystem as we scale our apparel business and report into our VP of Technolory. This role sits at the intersection of finance, supply chain, and technology. You’ll manage day-to-day NetSuite administration while driving integrations with EDI trading partners, 3PL warehouses, wholesale platforms, and other systems via Celigo. You'll be the go-to person for keeping order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes running smoothly across a complex, multi-channel apparel operation.
Key Responsibilities
NetSuite Administration
- Serve as the primary system administrator for NetSuite, managing roles, permissions, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and custom records
- Configure and maintain core modules including Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, and Financials
- Manage sandbox refreshes, release testing, and change management for NetSuite updates
- Troubleshoot day-to-day user issues and serve as tier-1/tier-2 support for the business
Finance Module Support
- Support and maintain NetSuite Financials, including GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, multi-currency/multi-subsidiary structures, and revenue recognition
- Partner with Accounting and FP&A on month-end close processes, reconciliations, and financial reporting within NetSuite
- Configure and maintain items, pricing, tax schedules, and intercompany transactions
- Assist in the design and maintenance of custom financial reports, saved searches, and KPI dashboards
EDI Management
- Manage EDI transaction sets (e.g., 850, 810, 856, 852, 940, 945) with wholesale, big-box, and drop-ship trading partners
- Troubleshoot EDI mapping errors, failed transactions, and partner onboarding issues
- Work with EDI/VAN providers to test and certify new trading partner connections
- Ensure EDI compliance with retailer-specific requirements (chargebacks, ASN accuracy, labeling compliance)
Celigo Integration Management
- Build, monitor, and maintain integration flows in Celigo (Integrator.io) connecting NetSuite to EDI, 3PL, eCommerce, and other third-party systems
- Design and troubleshoot integration flows, mappings, and error handling/exception queues
- Monitor integration health, resolve failed syncs, and proactively identify data discrepancies
- Document integration architecture and maintain a library of flow configurations
3PL & Order Fulfillment Integrations
- Manage NetSuite's integration with third-party logistics (3PL) providers for inventory sync, order fulfillment, and shipment tracking
- Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies, fulfillment errors, and shipping/tracking data issues between NetSuite and 3PL systems
- Support onboarding of new 3PL partners or warehouse locations, including integration setup and UAT
- Coordinate with Operations/Supply Chain on inventory accuracy across NetSuite and warehouse management systems
Wholesale Integrated Tools
- Support integrations between NetSuite and wholesale-focused platforms such as Joor for order writing, showroom, and buyer-facing workflows
- Troubleshoot data sync issues between wholesale ordering platforms and NetSuite (orders, inventory availability, customer/item data)
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Gather requirements from Finance, Operations, Sales, and Customer Service teams and translate them into NetSuite configurations or enhancement requests
- Partner with external NetSuite consultants/developers on larger customizations (SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder) as needed
- Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and training materials for end users
Requirements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience, ideally in apparel, consumer goods, retail, or wholesale distribution
- Solid understanding of NetSuite's Financials module (GL, AP/AR, multi-subsidiary, tax)
- Direct experience managing EDI transactions and trading partner relationships (retail EDI a strong plus)
- Required: hands-on experience building and maintaining integrations in Celigo/Integrator.io
- Experience with 3PL integrations and warehouse/fulfillment workflows
- Working knowledge of SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and saved search/report building
- Strong troubleshooting skills and comfort working across finance, ops, and IT stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business needs into system solutions
Nice to Have
- NetSuite SuiteFoundation or ERP Consultant certification
- Experience with apparel-specific attributes: style/color/size matrices, wholesale chargebacks, drop-ship models
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and their NetSuite integrations
