ABOUT PERFUMES PLUS WHOLESALE

Hasan International INC. (Perfumes Plus Wholesale) is a family-owned fragrance distribution company operating from Houston for nearly 30 years. We have various operating entities spanning B2B wholesale, retail, and e-commerce across various channels, for example, Shopify, Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, and Ulta Marketplace — and a catalog of 7,000+ SKUs. We are the exclusive ARMAF distributor for the Americas.

THIS ROLE

You will take over day-to-day ownership of the NetSuite environment, become the technical owner of our upcoming implementation projects (WMS, CRM, E-commerce), and run the intake and change-control process. You will report to the Vice President and President, work in coordination with the CFO, Operations Manager, and Warehouse leadership, and manage our external NetSuite development agency.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• System administration (daily). Users, roles & permissions, saved searches, reports, dashboards, custom forms and fields, SuiteFlow workflows, CSV imports, sandbox management, and release-preview testing.
• Intake & change control. Run the company-wide request funnel: triage weekly, classify by tiers and priority (routine / cross-impact / structural), enforce sandbox → UAT → deploy on every cross-impact change, and keep the change log audit-ready.
• Integrations & data. Build and monitor the e-commerce channel connectors (Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, etc.); upkeep master-data hygiene across entities in coordination with respective managers; run quarterly role and permission access reviews.
• WMS program. Support the platform evaluation, then own configuration, integration testing, go-live, and hypercare alongside Netsuite Area Leads and warehouse leadership; across 4 warehouses in the local area.
• Agency & vendor management. Scope, prioritize, and QA all work delivered by our external NetSuite development agency under a fixed monthly block.
• Enablement. Train and support five departmental super-users (Finance, Operations, Warehouse, E-Commerce, LATAM); build the internal knowledge base; absorb full admin knowledge from our Financial Controller in your first 30 days.
• Governance support. Prepare Netsuite Area Lead materials, report the KPI dashboard, and draft one-page business cases for structural changes (modules, licenses, entity onboarding).

FIRST 90 DAYS

• Days 1–30. Knowledge-transfer sprint with the Controller (e.g. top saved searches, agency, integration map, dependencies, challenges, WMS, vision and goal); take over routine admin work; stand up the intake funnel.
• Days 31–60. Own all day-to-day administration; agency funnel live under your management; first quarterly access review complete; WMS evaluation supported; Controller fully exits admin duty.
• Days 61–90. Sandbox/UAT discipline on cross-impact changes; WMS plan executed; entity-onboarding roadmap drafted for the steering committee.

HOW SUCCESS IS MEASURED

• Controller time on NetSuite administration below 10% by day 30
• 100% of cross-impact and structural changes deployed through sandbox + UAT
• Median request resolution ≤ 3 business days
• Channel sync errors cleared in a reasonable time

QUALIFICATIONS

MUST-HAVES

• 3–5 years of hands-on NetSuite administration
• NetSuite OneWorld or multi-subsidiary experience
• Wholesale distribution or another inventory-heavy environment (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, fulfillment flows)
• Deep in roles & permissions, SuiteFlow, saved searches & reporting, CSV imports
• Sandbox-first discipline and clean change documentation
• Plain-English communicator across warehouse, finance, e-commerce, and an outside dev agency
• Houston on-site

NICE-TO-HAVES

• SuiteScript literacy — reading and scoping
• NetSuite WMS or RF-SMART exposure
• E-commerce connector experience (Celigo or similar iPaaS)
• SuiteFoundation or NetSuite Administrator certification
• Spanish — we operate across LATAM & have a diverse workforce

Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
