NetSuite Administrator

1. ERP System & Master Data Management

• Maintains, configures, and updates the ERP database according to established requirements.
• Monitors the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of ERP master data maintained by authorized key users.
• Assesses and recommends improvements to data structures to enhance accuracy and effectiveness.
• Helps develop and implement database standards, guidelines, and prescribed practices.
• Keeps updated on new ERP features, system versions, and relevant technologies.

2. System Support & Issue Resolution

• Provides first-level support and maintenance to cross-functional NetSuite key users.
• Troubleshoots ERP system issues, user access concerns, and role-related problems that affect system workflows.
• Coordinates with ERP consultants and technical teams for issues requiring second-level support.
• Manages issue resolution and monitors support tickets raised by JBTEC teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Provides updates to concerned users regarding reported issues and their resolution status.

3. System Enhancement & Documentation

• Coordinates with relevant users, consultants, and technical teams on ERP enhancements and system improvements.
• Prepares and maintains documentation for system enhancements, configurations, workarounds, and functional specifications.
• Documents system changes and related procedures to support consistent system use and future reference.
• Recommends improvements to ERP processes, data structures, and system functionality based on identified needs.

4. System Security & Data Integrity

• Helps maintain the integrity and security of ERP applications and system configurations.
• Supports the appropriate management of user access and roles based on authorized requirements.
• Supports the implementation and maintenance of system backup and recovery processes.
• Promotes adherence to established data management standards and system procedures.

5. Cross-Functional Coordination & User Support

• Collaborates with NetSuite key users across departments to address system concerns and operational requirements.
• Coordinates with the SCM Manager, NetSuite Supervisor, ERP consultants, and technical teams on system issues and enhancements.
• Communicates system-related information, procedures, and workarounds clearly to concerned users.
• Provides assistance to users to support effective and consistent use of the ERP system.

6. Continuous Improvement & Other Responsibilities

• Identifies recurring system issues and recommends practical solutions.
• Applies analytical thinking and sound judgment when assessing system concerns and improvement opportunities.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by the SCM Manager, NetSuite Supervisor, or authorized management.

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
