NetSuite Application Support Specialist / Programmer

JOB SUMMARY

The NetSuite Application Support Specialist / Programmer will be responsible for the support, maintenance, and optimization of the company’s NetSuite ERP system, ensuring system reliability, data integrity, accurate reporting, and efficient financial processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• NetSuite Oversight: Partner closely with the Accounting Manager to monitor NetSuite’s day-to-day performance, system health, and data integrity.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Serve as the first line of defense for NetSuite issues, including fixing broken workflows and debugging scripts (SuiteScript), resolving CSV import errors, and system glitches.
• User Support & Enablement: Develop clear, step-by-step training guides, dashboards, and documentation. Provide hands-on technical support so users can confidently navigate NetSuite.
• Report & Saved Search Validation: Assist the accounting team in building, customizing, and debugging NetSuite Saved Searches, Financial Reports, and SuiteAnalytics workbooks to ensure 100% accurate financial reporting.
• System Optimization: Work on minor customizations, form configurations, and role permissions to streamline financial processes under the guidance of the Chief Accountant.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, finance/accounting with an IT focus, or equivalent experience.
• NetSuite Certifications (e.g., NetSuite Administrator or ERP consultant) are highly preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in an application support, system analyst, or IT helpdesk role dedicated to NetSuite

MUST HAVE

• NetSuite Experience: Practical experience administering, configuring, or supporting Oracle NetSuite (specifically the core financial/ERP modules).
• Troubleshooting Skills: Foundational understanding of NetSuite’s backend logic, including Saved Searches, workflows (SuiteFlow), and basic JavaScript/SuiteScript for debugging.
• Financial Literacy: A solid understanding of basic accounting workflows (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, General Ledger layouts) to communicate effectively with the Chief Accountant.
• Communication & Training Skills: Exceptional patience and clarity in translating technical NetSuite processes into simple instructions for non-technical users.
• Data Integrity Focus: High attention to detail when managing database records, user permissions, and report configurations.

Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php85,000.00 per month
