About the Role

An established and growing fashion and apparel business is looking for a NetSuite Business Systems Analyst to take ownership of its NetSuite environment and wider business systems landscape.

This is a hands-on role where you will act as the primary NetSuite System Administrator , while also playing a key role in integrations, automation, reporting, process improvement and wider technology projects across the business.

You’ll work closely with teams across Finance, Supply Chain, B2B, B2C and eCommerce , helping to ensure their systems are scalable, efficient and aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary NetSuite Administrator , managing the day-to-day NetSuite environment.
• Own system configuration, user management, roles, permissions, workflows and customizations.
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Sales and eCommerce teams to understand business requirements and improve processes.
• Support and manage NetSuite integrations with other business-critical platforms.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement across the business.
• Develop and maintain NetSuite reports, dashboards, saved searches and analytics.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing user support.
• Manage system enhancements, testing and implementations from requirements through to delivery.
• Work with external vendors and technology partners where required.
• Contribute to wider business systems and technology projects as the company continues to grow.
• Ensure NetSuite and connected systems continue to support the company's operational and commercial objectives.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong hands-on NetSuite Administration experience.
• Experience working with NetSuite across core business processes, particularly Finance .
• Good understanding of financial and operational business processes.
• Experience with NetSuite configuration, workflows, reporting and user management.
• Exposure to integrations, automation and wider business systems .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to identifying ways systems and processes can be improved.
• Experience within retail, fashion, apparel, eCommerce or a similar environment would be advantageous.
