About ProvenScale

ProvenScale is a NetSuite Alliance Partner helping companies implement, optimize, support, and staff NetSuite. We work closely with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Business Systems teams across new implementations, optimization projects, managed services, integrations, reporting, and long-term NetSuite support.

Due to continued growth, we are looking to add at least one more NetSuite Consultant to our team.

Role Overview

We are looking for a NetSuite Consultant with strong Core Financials expertise and prior experience working at a NetSuite Alliance Partner.

This is not a role for someone who has only lightly touched NetSuite. We need someone who understands how NetSuite supports real finance and accounting operations across GL, chart of accounts, AP, AR, financial reporting, month-end close, accounting preferences, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, controls, and user adoption.

The ideal candidate has delivered NetSuite projects in a client-facing consulting environment and can support implementations, optimizations, requirements gathering, configuration, documentation, testing, training, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.

Software vertical experience is a strong plus, especially experience with SaaS, subscription billing, ARM, SuiteBilling, revenue recognition, Salesforce / CRM integrations, Quote-to-Cash, Order-to-Cash, renewals, and related finance workflows.

What You’ll Do

• Support NetSuite implementation and optimization projects for ProvenScale customers
• Lead or support Core Financials workstreams across GL, AP, AR, chart of accounts, financial reporting, accounting setup, and close-related processes
• Gather requirements from Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Business Systems stakeholders
• Translate business processes into scalable NetSuite configuration and functional design
• Configure NetSuite forms, fields, roles, permissions, saved searches, dashboards, reports, workflows, and approval processes
• Support data migration, validation, testing, UAT, go-live readiness, and post-go-live stabilization
• Create clear documentation, process maps, training materials, and client-facing deliverables
• Partner with senior consultants, solution architects, developers, project managers, and client stakeholders
• Support software-company workflows where relevant, including ARM, SuiteBilling, subscription billing, revenue recognition, Quote-to-Cash, and Order-to-Cash
• Help customers improve how Finance uses NetSuite after go-live
• Contribute to ProvenScale’s growing implementation methodology and delivery standards

Must-Haves

• Prior experience working at a NetSuite Alliance Partner
• Strong NetSuite Core Financials expertise
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite implementations, optimizations, or post-go-live support
• Strong understanding of GL, chart of accounts, AP, AR, financial reporting, accounting setup, close processes, and finance workflows
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into NetSuite configuration
• Ability to work directly with client stakeholders in a consulting environment
• Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working fully remote with internal and client teams
• Must be based in the United States

Nice-to-Haves

• Software, SaaS, or technology vertical experience
• Experience with ARM, SuiteBilling, subscription billing, revenue recognition, renewals, Quote-to-Cash, or Order-to-Cash
• Experience with Salesforce, CRM, CPQ, billing platforms, payment systems, or integration partners
• NetSuite certifications such as SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, Administrator, Financial User, or SuiteAnalytics
• Experience with saved search formulas, SuiteAnalytics, workflows, CSV imports, roles and permissions, and dashboard/reporting design
• Accounting or finance background
• Experience with AI-enabled consulting, automation, or modern delivery tools

Who This Role Is For

This is a strong fit for someone who has been in the NetSuite consulting ecosystem, understands Alliance Partner delivery, and wants to join a growing practice with a more modern approach to implementation.

You should be comfortable working with Finance teams, asking good discovery questions, documenting decisions, configuring NetSuite thoughtfully, and helping customers understand how the system should support their business.

You do not need to be a developer, but you should know how to work effectively with technical resources and understand when a requirement should be solved through native configuration, workflow, reporting, integration, or customization.
