What You’ll Do

• Take ownership of the NetSuite platform and help shape how teams across the business work smarter, faster, and more efficiently.
• Build and customize impactful solutions for various business functions.
• Create seamless integrations between NetSuite and key business systems, helping teams stay connected and data-driven.
• Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, eCommerce, and Operations to turn ideas and challenges into scalable solutions.
• Automate manual tasks, streamline workflows, and uncover opportunities to improve the way the business operates every day.
• Brainstorm, participate, resolve technical challenges, contribute to high-impact projects, and play a key role in supporting the growth of a globally recognized performance brand.

Key Criteria

• Proven experience as a NetSuite Developer, Technical Consultant, or ERP Developer, with a track record of delivering impactful business solutions.
• Solid coding within the NetSuite environment, actively participating in the configuration, maintenance, implementation and customizations.
• Experience building and supporting integrations, APIs, and data flows between NetSuite and other business-critical platforms.
• Passionate and enthusiastic about building an integration roadmap and proactively contribute to continuous improvement.
• A problem-solving mindset with the ability to diagnose issues, identify improvements, and turn complex requirements into practical outcomes.

Work setup:

• Metro Manila (BGC): Philippine hours (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PHT) Full time onsite during probation, Hybrid work setup after.
