NetSuite Project Manager

Our Client, a NetSuite Partner and Reseller, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to oversee the successful implementation of NetSuite across a variety of business environments. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in managing NetSuite deployments, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams through complex technology initiatives. This role involves managing the end‑to‑end NetSuite implementation lifecycle, ensuring on‑time delivery, budget alignment, and seamless adoption of NetSuite’s core modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple NetSuite implementation projects from initiation through go‑live.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, resources, and budgets.
• Configure and customize NetSuite modules such as ERP, CRM, Financials, Inventory, and Workflows to meet business requirements.
• Oversee data migration, integrations with third‑party systems, and end‑to‑end testing.
• Partner with internal teams to optimize processes, automation, and system efficiencies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders throughout the implementation phase.
• Provide regular project updates, status reports, and risk assessments.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and user enablement activities.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, including finance, operations, IT, and external vendors to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and resolve roadblocks to achieve project milestones.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Troubleshoot issues during implementation and ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with NetSuite implementations .
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite functionality, including workflows, reporting, integrations, and customization.
• Project management certification is a plus.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
