What they need

Hinkley is hiring a NetSuite Support Analyst to provide first-level support for employees using NetSuite across the company. This role troubleshoots and resolves user issues, guides employees through everyday processes like order entry, invoicing, and purchasing, and escalates more complex issues to our NetSuite Administrator. It also includes reporting, data maintenance, and system testing, with hands-on exposure to NetSuite administration.

Success in this role comes from strong NetSuite knowledge combined with a calm, helpful approach and consistent follow-through.

What you'll do

  • Be the main point of contact for NetSuite users across the company, handling requests by ticket, email, and phone
  • Troubleshoot and resolve access and permission issues, transaction errors, saved searches, reports, and SuiteFlow workflows
  • Handle user administration: password resets, role assignments, and access requests
  • Guide users through order entry, invoicing, inventory, and purchasing, and train new users on the basics
  • Monitor integration errors and route them to the right team or vendor
  • Escalate complex issues to the NetSuite Administrator with clear documentation and recommended next steps
  • Help build saved searches, SuiteAnalytics Workbooks, dashboards, custom fields, and forms
  • Prepare and validate CSV imports, and keep our data clean
  • Test releases and system changes in the sandbox, then confirm they work in production
  • Keep the knowledge base current and spot recurring issues worth fixing for good

What you bring

  • 3+ years supporting NetSuite users in a live production environment (help desk, ERP support, business systems, or similar)
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite roles and permissions, saved searches, reports, and SuiteFlow
  • Working knowledge of order management, inventory, purchasing, and financial processes in NetSuite
  • Experience with a ticketing system such as Zendesk or Jira Service Management
  • The ability to explain technical issues clearly to people who aren't technical
  • Solid Excel skills and comfort with Outlook and Teams

Nice to have

  • NetSuite CSV import and data validation experience
  • Sandbox testing experience
  • Background in accounting, finance, or order-to-cash
  • An associate's or bachelor's degree in IS, business, accounting, supply chain, or a related field (equivalent experience counts)

This description reflects the key responsibilities of the role and is not intended to be an exhaustive list of duties.
