Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 6+ Yrs of Total and 4+ yrs of relevant experience.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in SuiteScript (2.x preferred), knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, maybe SQL. Swooped+1
• Experience with NetSuite APIs/integrationsSuiteTalk (SOAP), RESTlets, web services, maybe middleware like Celigo. Greenhouse+1
• Ability to configure and customise NetSuite (forms, custom records, workflows, dashboards). Built In
• Understanding of NetSuite data model (records, custom fields, relationships), especially in complex environments (e.g., OneWorld). Apna
• Skills in debugging, performance tuning, dealing with upgrades/releases in NetSuite.

Functional / Business Process Skills

• Deep understanding of business processes relevant to ERP: finance (GL, AR, AP), order management, inventory, procurement, intercompany etc. foundit+1
• Ability to map business requirements to NetSuite features and customisations (i.e., “We need this workflow changed” “Here’s how we will configure/customise NetSuite”).
• Good stakeholder-management and communication: working between business users and technical teams.

Other Important Qualities

• Certification(s) in NetSuite (e.g., SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer, ERP Consultant) are beneficial. Apna
• Experience in multi-subsidiary/multi-currency (for OneWorld) is often preferred. Apna
• Ability to work in agile or fast-changing environments.
• Good documentation, training capabilities, change management.
