Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain LAN/WAN networks, routers, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
• Configure monitor, and troubleshoot network-related issues.
• Handle maintenance, and basic administration.
• Perform hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of desktops,laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Install and configure operating systems, software, and hardware peripherals.
• Monitor network performance and ensure system availability.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and technical documentation.
• Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of networking concepts, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, and DHCP.
• Hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Knowledge of routers,cabling, and network connectivity.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and software installation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
