Network Admin - L3 Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks.
• Monitor network performance, availability, and security.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Implement and manage network security measures, including firewalls and IDS/IPS.
• Perform network upgrades, maintenance, backups, and configuration changes.
• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and incident reports.
• Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and best practices.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, and switching.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with network devices and security solutions.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
