NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR

About the role

Network Administrator responsible for managing, monitoring, and maintaining LAN, WAN, Internet, VPN, and network device infrastructure. The role involves configuring and troubleshooting Router, Switch, Firewall, Access Point, and other network devices, as well as managing and configuring Server RADIUS for Authentication, Authorization, and Accounting (AAA) needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and maintain LAN, WAN, Internet, VPN, and network device infrastructure
• Configure and troubleshoot Router, Switch, Firewall, Access Point, and other network devices
• Manage and configure Server RADIUS for Authentication, Authorization, and Accounting (AAA)
• Manage user/account, access policy, authentication profile, and RADIUS integration with network devices
• Monitor and troubleshoot RADIUS authentication and analyze RADIUS logs
• Ensure availability, reliability, and security of Server RADIUS and network infrastructure
• Monitor network performance and handle network incidents according to SLA
• Perform root cause analysis and corrective action for network disruptions
• Create and update documentation of network topology, IP address, device configuration, and Server RADIUS
• Perform preventive maintenance, backup configuration, and improvements to network infrastructure

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years experience as Network Administrator/Network Engineer
• Experience managing Server RADIUS
• Understanding of AAA (Authentication, Authorization, Accounting) concepts
• Proficiency in TCP/IP, VLAN, Routing, Switching, NAT, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and Firewall
• Experience with MikroTik/Cisco/Huawei/Fortinet or similar devices
• Linux Server knowledge is a plus
• Understanding of Network Monitoring and Network Security
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work shifts/on-call as required by operational needs
