JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Behaviour Abilities:

• 3–5 years total; 2+ years in L2 network administration experience in Network or related IT service delivery
• Self motivated, eager to learn in the IT profession
• Experience in International scopeTeam player must be able to work with people within and outside of the IT department.

Technical Environment:

• Cisco Network and equivalent enterprise network platforms
• LAN/WAN/WLAN, SD-WAN, routing, switching, VLAN, DNS/DHCP
• Firewalls, VPN, network security, high availability, and DR concepts
• Network monitoring, packet analysis, and ticketing/CMDB tools
• Windows/Linux connectivity troubleshooting and documentation tools
• ITIL change, incident, problem, and root-cause analysis practices

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operated and maintained LAN/WAN/WLAN.
• Handled incidents and service requests, device configuration, patching, backups, monitoring, and project support.
• Operate, support, and improve enterprise network services in line with agreed SLAs and operational standards.
• Perform incident troubleshooting, change execution, root-cause analysis, documentation, and escalation as required.
• Coordinate with business units, project teams, vendors, and internal IT stakeholders for network delivery and support.
