Job Summary

MicroTech Systems is seeking a skilled Network Administrator to maintain, monitor, and support network infrastructure and related IT systems. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills and experience supporting reliable, secure, and high-performing network environments.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and monitor network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues.
• Manage switches, routers, firewalls, wireless networks, and related equipment.
• Monitor network availability, security, and system performance.
• Perform network maintenance, upgrades, and configuration changes.
• Maintain technical documentation and network diagrams.
• Support users and IT teams with network-related issues.
• Assist with network security and access management.

Requirements

• Experience in network administration or a related IT role.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and network security.
• Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an IT team.
