  • Conduct user training and produce clear guidance materials to build internal capability and promote best practice use of network systems
  • Maintain network security protocols, including firewall management, intrusion detection, and vulnerability assessments, to safeguard organisational data and systems
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to coordinate service delivery, procurement, and project implementation

  • Proven experience in a network administration or systems administration role within a corporate or enterprise environment
  • Strong working knowledge of networking protocols, infrastructure components, and technologies including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN, and firewalls
  • Demonstrated experience installing, configuring, and managing servers, switches, routers, and associated network hardware
  • Proficiency in network monitoring and diagnostic tools, with the ability to analyse performance data and respond to anomalies
  • Solid understanding of network security principles, including access control, patch management, and risk mitigation
  • Experience maintaining technical documentation, network inventories, and fault resolution records to a high standard
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work methodically under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, and contribute effectively within a collaborative team environment

Preferred Qualifications
