NETWORK AND CYBERSECURITY LEAD

Join a global technology leader and play a pivotal role in securing and modernizing enterprise and industrial environments. We are seeking a highly experienced Cybersecurity & Network Manager SME who can bridge cybersecurity and networking disciplines, providing both hands-on technical leadership and strategic guidance to senior stakeholders.

In this role, you will lead the design, governance, and continuous improvement of cybersecurity and network operations across complex enterprise infrastructures. You will drive initiatives covering security operations, network architecture, IT/OT security, incident response, cloud connectivity, and infrastructure resilience while serving as a trusted adviser to executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity and network strategy, architecture, governance, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Oversee security technologies including SIEM/SOC, EDR/XDR, IAM/PAM, vulnerability management, firewalls, and incident response.
• Manage enterprise networking environments covering LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, VPN, data centers, and cloud platforms.
• Ensure secure IT/OT segmentation and connectivity across business-critical environments.
• Lead cyber and network incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and remediation activities.
• Drive compliance with recognized security frameworks and industry best practices.
• Support business continuity, disaster recovery, technology modernization, and infrastructure resilience programs.
• Partner with vendors, service providers, and senior IT leaders to deliver secure and reliable technology services.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor of Science Degree in IT or equivalent
• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, network security, networking, or infrastructure management.
• Proven expertise across both cybersecurity and enterprise networking domains.
• Strong knowledge of IT/OT security, Zero Trust, network segmentation, and critical infrastructure protection.
• Experience with leading security and networking technologies such as Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender, Splunk, Wazuh, CrowdStrike, Tenable, and Qualys.
• Exposure to cloud and industrial environments including Azure, AWS, SCADA, DCS, or PLC technologies is highly advantageous.
• Background supporting high-availability, mission-critical, or 24x7 operations environments is preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCNP, CCIE, PCNSE, GIAC, SC-100, or SC-200 are an advantage.
