Job Description

AI Square Ltd. is seeking a skilled Network & IT Infrastructure Engineer to manage corporate networks, firewall configurations, endpoint security, and IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in network troubleshooting, data protection, centralized device management, and system monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and troubleshoot firewalls, routers, switches, VPNs, and corporate Wi-Fi networks.
• Resolve authorized access restrictions affecting Gmail, Microsoft Teams, external email services, and VPN connectivity.
• Implement Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions and endpoint security controls to protect confidential company data.
• Manage centralized laptop administration, software deployment, patch management, and remote IT support.
• Configure automated laptop login/logout tracking and maintain system activity logs.
• Maintain and troubleshoot ZKTeco biometric attendance and tripod turnstile systems.
• Monitor network performance, manage access permissions, and resolve hardware and software issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and network administration.
• Strong knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, IP configuration, network security, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with DLP, endpoint management (MDM/RMM), and remote support tools.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and user activity logging.
• ZKTeco attendance system experience is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to confidentiality.
