To qualify you will have the following experience:  

• Junior/intermediate Network & Security Engineer experience working in an MSP / managed services environment
• Solid L1/L2 capability across support, incidents, changes and troubleshooting
• Good networking and security fundamentals
• Exposure or familiarity with Cloudflare, Arista and Palo Alto would be beneficial
• Aruba/Mist, Fortinet and SD-WAN exposure would also be useful
• Comfortable working directly with customers
• Most importantly, the right attitude: motivated, curious, practical and keen to learn and develop
