Role: Network and Server Support Analyst

As part of the FDDG (Fax and Documentation Distribution Group) team, you’ll provide world-class technical support for enterprise customers using OpenText’s FDDG products in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for technical inquiries related to FDDG products and integrations.
• Ensure timely resolution of support tickets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve technical issues and document software defects or enhancement requests.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of IT experience.
• Strong knowledge of FAX Server, Email Server, Outlook, Exchange Server, and networking.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, MS Exchange, Lotus Notes, FOIP/VOIP, and telephony systems.

Additional Info:

• Night shift, rotating schedule, Philippine holidays, and on-call support required.
• Intermediate-level role.
