Working Arrangement: Full WFO (Shifting)

Required Language: Bahasa Indonesia & English

Requirements:

• Min. 2 years of experience in IT Network Engineer/IT Operation
• Experience with configuring and managing network devices (router, switch). FortiSwitch brand is a plus point.
• Knowledge of firewall management, VPNs, and monitoring for security threats using Fortigate.
• Experience with hands-on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including Cloud VPN, Interconnect Partner, Cloud NAT, and Cloud Router.

Job description:

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues.
• Configure and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Perform regular maintenance and upgrades on network systems and devices to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Monitor network performance, analyze network traffic and logs, and diagnose bottlenecks or performance issues.
• Ensure network security by implementing security policies and maintaining firewalls.
• Create and maintain network diagrams, update technical documentation, and keep accurate records of incidents and configurations.
• Escalate complex issues and collaborate with other IT teams for seamless operations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to L1 support engineers. Manage and troubleshoot Linux and Windows OS problems.
