Network and System Administrator

AppsComm Technologies LLC is seeking a skilled and proactive System Administrator to join our team in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Install, configure, and support servers, workstations, printers, and IT equipment.
• Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies.
• Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Ensure IT systems remain secure, available, and up to date.
• Maintain IT asset records and technical documentation.
• Provide technical support to end users and resolve IT-related issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Administrator.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with networking, firewall management, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Knowledge of virtualisation and backup solutions.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• UAE experience preferred.
• Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
