Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Network & Systems Support Specialist to maintain network infrastructure, troubleshoot technical issues, support Windows-based systems, and automate routine IT tasks through scripting.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and Wi-Fi access points.
• Diagnose network connectivity and performance issues involving TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and subnetting.
• Monitor network performance and assist in maintaining reliable and secure infrastructure.
• Manage Windows systems, Active Directory, user accounts, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
• Provide technical support and resolve escalated hardware, software, and network issues.
• Develop PowerShell and Batch scripts to automate administrative and diagnostic tasks.
• Use basic Python, Bash, or JavaScript for automation and API-related tasks.
• Maintain network diagrams, system documentation, and technical records.
• Use tools such as Wireshark, Ping, Traceroute, IPConfig, and NSLookup for troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in network administration, IT support, or systems engineering.
• Strong knowledge of LAN networking, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and subnetting.
• Hands-on experience with network devices and Windows environments.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory and GPOs.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and Batch scripting.
• Basic knowledge of Python, Bash, or JavaScript.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications

• CCNA
• CompTIA Network+
• Microsoft Windows Server / Systems Administration certifications

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
