We are looking for a Senior/Principal Network & Telecom Architect to lead end-to-end architecture, modernization, technology roadmaps, and technical governance across enterprise networking and telecommunications.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and documentation of HLD/LLD architectures across core, access, transport, data center, campus, WAN, and hybrid/cloud environments.
Define and maintain enterprise network & telecom standards, reference architectures, policies, and best practices.
Architect solutions covering IP/MPLS, BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, SD-WAN, VPN, QoS, wireless, LTE/5G, and small cells/DAS.
Design and evolve data center networking using Leaf-Spine, EVPN/VXLAN, Cisco ACI, or equivalent technologies.
Drive modernization initiatives involving SDN/NFV, SASE, Zero Trust, network automation, orchestration, and cloud networking.
Conduct current-state assessments, capacity planning, risk analysis, application dependency mapping, and technology roadmaps.
Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Cloud, Systems, and Application teams to deliver secure and integrated network architectures.
Provide technical leadership, conduct design reviews, and mentor network engineers and architects.
Partner with vendors for technology evaluation, solution validation, RFPs, and commercial discussions.
Ensure solutions meet requirements for scalability, high availability, disaster recovery, security, performance, and operational efficiency.
Support implementation, migration planning, and knowledge transfer to operations teams.

Required Technical Expertise

Routing & Switching: BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, EIGRP, MPLS, Segment Routing, VRF
WAN: MPLS, SD-WAN, VPN/IPSec, DMVPN, QoS, Traffic Engineering
Data Center: Leaf-Spine, EVPN/VXLAN, Cisco ACI or equivalent fabrics
Telecom: IP Telephony, CCaaS, Microsoft Teams and related technologies
Security: Firewalls, Network Segmentation, NAC, Zero Trust
Cloud Networking: AWS, Azure, GCP, Direct Connect, ExpressRoute or equivalent
Vendors: Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Palo Alto, F5 or equivalent platforms
Automation: Ansible, Terraform, Python, NetDevOps practices
