Network Automation Engineer

We are looking for skilled Network Automation professionals to join our Network & Datacenter Automation team. This role focuses on building scalable automation solutions, APIs, and tooling to enhance network reliability, observability, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Additional Responsibilities for Lead Role Mentor and guide engineers
• Drive technical decisions and automation roadmap
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
• Ensure best practices, code quality, and operational readiness

Requirements

• Strong programming in Python and/or Golang
• Experience with REST APIs and network vendor integrations (Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Palo Alto, F5, BlueCat)
• Network automation libraries: Scrapli, Netmiko, Nornir
• Infrastructure as Code tools: Ansible, Terraform, SaltStack
• Docker and Kubernetes
• CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)
• Strong Linux/Unix and Shell scripting knowledge
• Monitoring tools like Datadog, ELK, Splunk, Grafana

Qualifications

• Preferred Experience managing small engineering teams
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases
• Strong networking background (L2/L3, routing, switching, firewalls, DNS)
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments
