What You'll Do:

• Cable Installation: Run, pull, terminate, and splice CAT5e, CAT6, CAT6a, and fiber optic cables through conduits, ceilings, and walls.
• Rack and Patch Panel Management: Install and organize network racks, cabinets, patch panels, and switches (rack dressing).
• Testing and Troubleshooting: Use cable testers, multimeters, and tone generators to identify connectivity issues, signal loss, or faulty terminations.
• Labeling and Documentation: Accurately label all cables, drops, and patch panels, maintaining up-to-date network diagrams and infrastructure records.
• Hardware Integration: Connect and configure basic network devices like routers, switches, access points, and security/CCTV cameras.

What You Need:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in network cabling and infrastructure installation (L2 Grade).
• Proficiency in terminating and testing copper and fiber optic cables.
• Experience with rack dressing, patch panel management, and network hardware integration.
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
• Must be based in the UK or require valid work visa.
