• Design, implement, and manage Azure and AWS cloud infrastructure across enterprise environments.
• Administer and support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and on-premises Active Directory environments.
• Develop and maintain identity, access, authentication, and authorization solutions across cloud and on-premises systems.
• Design, implement, and maintain LAN/WAN network architecture for enterprise infrastructure.
• Perform network engineering, configuration, monitoring, and optimization across complex environments.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot enterprise firewalls, VPNs, security policies, and network access controls.
• Implement and maintain network security best practices to protect enterprise infrastructure and data.
• Provide hands-on systems administration and infrastructure support for servers, networks, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
• Diagnose and resolve complex systems, network, cloud, and connectivity issues in production environments.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, capacity, and security to ensure reliable operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT, security, cloud, and networking teams on infrastructure projects and migrations.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and enterprise infrastructure standards.
